Responsibilities:
The Senior Executive - Administration will provide quality and efficient administrative support to IQ-EQ Mauritius activities to ensure smoot business operations drive process improvement and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Tasks:
- Provide day-to-day support to the business including scheduling preparing reports and coordinating the activities of the Business Support Team
- Assist with procurement and vendor management where required
- Responsible for the safeguard of the assets of the office.
- Responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors including clients suppliers and other third
- Providing back-up for the smooth running of the reception with the help of other colleagues
- Be point of contact for requests and complaints from staff for resolution
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external parties
- Ensure protections of information assets of IQ-EQ MU and to abide by the ISMS in place at IQ-EQ MU

Required Experience
Education / professional qualifications
Degree holder
Background experience
5 years experience in a busy working environment in an Administration department or alternative relevant experience
Computer / program knowledge
MS Office suite Word & Excel
Languages
Fluent in English and French
