Job Summary

Configure and optimize testing frameworks for scalability and reliability.
Use version control systems (e.g. Git) for managing test scripts.
Explore and adopt new test automation tools/technologies to improve testing efficiency.
Ensure that best practices in QA processes and standards are followed throughout the SDLC.
Develop review and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts.
Perform functional regression smoke and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify document and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
Collaborate with product owners and developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium Playwright or similar tools.
Monitor and report test coverage and ensure timely execution of test runs.
Investigate and troubleshoot test automation failures providing root cause analysis.

Requirements

A degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
3 years of experience with QA methodologies tools and processes.
Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks (like Selenium JUnit or TestNG) and scripting languages (like Python JavaScript or Bash).
A keen eye for detail and a relentless drive to improve the quality of everything you touch.
A solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts with a curiosity about how these technologies can be tested effectively.
Excellent communication skills being able to explain complex issues in a way that makes sense to everyone on the team.
