Job Summary

In accordo e sotto la supervisione dello Chef:
Si occupa delle preparazioni di lievitati pane e croissants gelati torte crostate dolci al piatto e snack salati monoporzione

Collabora con lo Chef nella creazione di nuovi dolci
Misura le dosi seguendo le procedure previste
E responsabile della Pasticceria

In agreement and under the supervision of the Chef:
It takes care of the basic preparations leavened products bread and croissants ice-creams cakes tarts desserts on the plate and salty snacks
Collaborates with the chef in the creation of new desserts
Measure the doses following the prescribed procedures
Is responsible for Pastry dep


Qualifications :

- È richiesta unesperienza di almeno 2 anni in strutture di lusso di pari livello.
- Buona conoscenza delle tecniche di pasticceria
- Rispetto degli standard di igiene sul lavoro e personali
- Serietà responsabilità e passione
- Propensione al lavoro in team
- possesso HACCP

- At least 2 years of experience in luxury facilities of the same level is required.
- Good knowledge of the basic techniques of Pastry
- Compliance with workplace and personal hygiene standards
- Reliability responsibility and passion
- Propensity to work in a team
- possession of HACCP
