Job Summary
Riportando al Maître si occupa di:
curare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio
partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala
registrare le comande sporzionare i cibi dal piatto di portata porre attenzione ai dettagli
Reporting to the Maître deals with:
take care of the tables mise-en-place and service
participate in the work and responsibilities of the hall team
record the orders place the food from the serving dish pay attention to the details
Qualifications :
Ottima conoscenza dellitaliano e buona conoscenza di inglese e francese
Esperienza di almeno due anni maturata in hotel 4*/5* ristoranti gourmet Relais & Châteaux
Conoscenza dei vini (gradita attestazione da sommelier - AIS FISAR o simili -)
Completano il profilo: forte senso di responsabilità e passione orientamento al cliente flessibilità e team working
Diploma/Degree
Excellent knowledge of Italian good knowledge of English and French
At least two years of experience in the role gained in gourmet and/or starred restaurants 4*/ 5* hotels or Relais & Chateaux
Knowledge of wines (Sommelier certificate is a plus - AIS FISAR or similar -)
Complete the profile: customer orientation communication flexibility and team working
