Data Analytics Team Lead – Wix Marketing

Lead the Growth Data Analytics team a group turning complex data into decisions that move the business forward. The Team Lead will be responsible for creating strong priorities setting a high bar for analytical quality and supporting decision-ready outputs fast. 

• Lead a team of data and business analysts to deliver clear actionable insights with measurable business outcomes

• Define the acquisition and growth metrics framework and maintain a single source of truth in dashboards and models

• Plan and prioritize the teams pipeline against business goals; solve pain points and keep momentum in a fast-paced environment

• Partner with marketing product and data engineering to define measure and optimize core business models and user journeys

• Establish pragmatic practices for quality and scale including reviews QA documentation and lightweight standards that speed up decisions

• Recruit onboard and help analysts succeed while fostering a culture of sharp thinking crisp communication and ownership

Qualifications :

• 4 years working with large datasets and quantitative analysis with end-to-end ownership of complex analytical projects and a track record of turning data into decision-ready outputs

• Experience leading analysts and owning team outcomessetting priorities and managing the pipeline coaching and developing people and leading through ambiguity while maintaining pace and quality

• Strong analytical judgment with sharp question-framing excellent attention to detail and the ability to draw meaningful insights from large amounts of data

• Connect acquisition signals and user behavior to monetization and retention; choose the right rigor for speed vs. accuracy and recommend the highest-leverage move

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to practice tight writing create clean visuals and deliver ideas confidently turning analysis into a clear call to decision for multidisciplinary stakeholders

• Expert SQL and strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI) with the ability to build reliable executive-ready reporting
