About the job:

We are currently working with a leading international investment firm who are seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their Dublin office on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA to support senior executives in a fast-paced high-performing environment with exposure across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities of Executive Assistant Job:

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to four senior executives
  • Support a wider team of approximately 13 Real Estate professionals
  • Manage complex diaries emails and meeting schedules with competing priorities
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements including detailed itineraries
  • Prepare and format documents presentations and reports to a high standard
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership
  • Organise corporate events such as board meetings investor visits and off-site trips
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Manage expenses time entry and follow-ups on meeting action items
  • Work closely with IT and admin teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure seamless support
  • Provide occasional support with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements of Executive Assistant:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an Executive Assistant or senior-level support role
  • Previous experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-moving environment
  • High level of discretion integrity and professionalism
  • A positive proactive approach and strong team ethic
