We re recruiting a Group Head Chef Manager to oversee caf operations across 2 sites. This is a daytime-hours role with the chance to combine culinary expertise leadership and commercial impact.
What you ll be doing:
Leadership & People Development
- Coach and mentor Caf Managers Head Chefs and kitchen teams
- Lead recruitment onboarding and performance management
- Foster a culture of accountability motivation and continuous improvement
Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards in food quality service cleanliness and presentation
- Work with Head Chefs on menu development seasonal innovation and customer feedback
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP food safety and allergen protocols
Commercial Focus
- Manage budgets labour costs and margins to achieve KPIs
- Analyse performance data to make informed decisions on staffing pricing and promotions
- Lead supplier relationships stock control and waste reduction initiatives
Customer Experience
- Champion a customer-first approach across all caf s
- Respond to feedback and implement improvements to elevate the guest journey
- Align hospitality standards with the company s wider brand and values
What we re looking for:
Proven experience as a Head Chef ideally with multi-site or retail caf management exposure
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets costs and KPIs
Passion for food customer service and innovation
