Job Summary

Our client is a leading charity operating across Ireland supporting some of the most marginalised individuals couples and families experiencing homelessness.

They are currently seeking an experienced Community Integration Case Manager Housing First to join their Dublin operation.

This is a fixed-term contract to permanency working 35 hours per week.

Rate of Pay 39090.33 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with service users to assess needs develop individualised support plans and regularly review progress against agreed goals.

  • Provide life skills assessment and practical support empowering individuals to live independently through recovery-oriented and strengths-based approaches.

  • Promote social inclusion and community integration using community development principles supporting access to local activities groups and resources.

  • Facilitate access to non-medical community supports including effective use of social prescribing initiatives to improve overall wellbeing.

  • Support post-settlement tenancy sustainment and social integration through structured post-settlement support planning and monitoring.

  • Assist service users in sustaining accommodation including support with rent payments budgeting and housing maintenance.

  • Support personal development through access to education training employment volunteering and meaningful use of time aligned with individual aspirations.

  • Build and maintain positive respectful and trusting relationships with service users that promote independence and self-determination.

  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with statutory voluntary and community stakeholders creating clear pathways and escalating issues as required.

  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies health and safety standards Housing First principles and participation in out-of-hours on-call support as required.



  • Requirements

  • A minimum of two years experience working in the homeless sector or a related field including at least one year coordinating support plans for individuals with complex needs.

  • Strong understanding of Housing First principles including the causes of homelessness and the barriers faced by people at risk.

  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with statutory and voluntary agencies to deliver coordinated person-centred support.

  • Sound knowledge and practical application of case management approaches with the ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.

  • Experience in lone working or off-site working is desirable.

  • Commitment to professional development including participation in team meetings supervision appraisals and all mandatory and role-relevant training.

  • Ability to uphold confidentiality professional boundaries and ethical practice in line with organisational policies and codes of conduct.
