We are hiring a Staff Nurse for one of the best Nursing Homes in Kildare who is passionate about improving the quality of life of their residents and places a strong importance on social physical and mental stimulation.
Key Responsibilities
- Give individuals with dementia top-notch nursing care including assessment care plan development execution and evaluation.
- Providing patients with excellent caring nursing care making sure that their mental emotional and physical needs are satisfied with tact and understanding.
- Collaborating with other medical specialists such as doctors therapists and support personnel to guarantee patients receive thorough and well-coordinated care.
- Excellent critical thinking and clinical evaluation skills with an emphasis on person-centered care.
- Adaptability flexibility and a positive outlook on opportunities and problems in dementia care.
Requirements
- Nursing Qualifications (Essential)
- Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Essential)
- Prior experience caring for the elderly
