Job Summary
What does it feel like to be a Test Leader in Netcompany
As a Test Leader you will:
- Define and implement test strategies to ensure the software quality.
- Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
- Monitor manual and automated tests during creation execution and maintenance.
- Ensure that the testing processes are improved continuously.
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish testing scopes/strategy goals and testing requirements.
- Review and approve all test artifacts and testing deliverables.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards.
- Participate and/or lead meetings with client and other parties.
- Demonstrate strategic agility set priorities based on business requirements and releases planning.
- Openly promote leadership and cooperation across the team.
- Drive for results encourage decisions processes and outcomes of the highest quality.
- Coaching mentoring motivating and supervising test team members.
- Stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Min 7 years of experience in software test analysis with team leadership experience (at least 2 year)
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
- Deep understanding of non-functional and functional requirements
- Experience with web services (SOAP and REST) XML and strong knowledge of API testing (at least five years)
- Experience using Test management tools such as Jira and Jira Zephyr
- Factory Acceptance Testing experience.
- Knowledge of data analysis data modeling and BPM standards.
- Excellent command of MS Office.
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications
- Automated testing experience is considered a plus.
- Experience in Jenkins is considered as a plus.
