Job Summary

Job Title: Front Desk Agent 

Location: St Andrews Fife

Contract: Full-time and Part-Time contracts available

First impressions are everything! As Front Desk Agent you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised luxury experience to all guests building relationships and anticipating their every need. If you believe you are the right person for this role then we want to hear from you.

A little bit about what you will be doing:

  • Greet check-in respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Take initiative to add a personalised experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling
  • Ensure all guest information is correct and entered correctly
  • To be able to perform a variety of administration tasks including guest correspondence and reporting tasks
  • To actively promote the Fairmont Brand through adhering to our mission statement and values

Qualifications :

  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Must be Eligible to work in the UK
