Job Summary

  • Support clients through phone calls emails and chat to help them access company resources.
  • Build positive relationships with clients to develop and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Provide virtual online learning support and orientation on our services and tools.
  • Maintain customer feedback records for development and improvement purposes.
  • Submit tickets complaints and customer concerns to stakeholders.
  • Implement communication plans with clients as needed from different departments.
  • Work in shifts and rotational.

Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or related fields.
  • Very good command of English both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel).
  • Very good communication skills.
