Junior Consultants (students) to PA Consulting! start 2026

As a junior consultant you will be involved in many different types of tasks such as: 

• Delivering client projects together with a team of experienced consultants. 
• Knowledge gathering and analysis work for both internal and external projects. 
• Proposal work and developing project plans presentations and resource planning. 
• Business development assisting in handling client tasks and ensuring that ongoing projects are on track. 
• Participating in long-term internal projects developing new business concepts and strategies. 
• Helping facilitate workshops both internally and externally. 

The position provides you with a steep learning curve where you will be challenged from your first working day. You will get to work both independently and in teams within a flexible working environment with a deep understanding of your studies. As a student you will be part of a professional workplace while also having the opportunity to join weekly social activities.

Qualifications :

• You are in the last year of your bachelors degree or the first year of your masters degree. 
• You are studying in the intersection between technology and business engineering business administration economics or social sciences.
• You are methodically and analytically strong and have the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with and solve complex problems. 
• You are among the most talented in your year.
• You are ambitious enthusiastic and focused on delivering the best results. 

You have good interpersonal and communication skills and you are fluent in English both in writing and speech.
