- Lead and execute client-facing change initiatives from current state to target solution ensuring smooth implementation of card and payment projects.
- Manage resources and timelines across Visa client and third-party teams providing clear visibility and progress reporting to stakeholders.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on objectives and outcomes.
- Lead to establish VISs presence in Denmark alongside client deliverydeveloping client relationships shaping offerings and building a local team around VISs capabilities.
- Support commercial efforts by identifying new opportunities during engagements and positioning Visas solutions effectively.
- Drive delivery excellence ensuring tasks are completed on time within scope and to the highest quality standards.
- Foster collaboration across multiple teams and initiatives to ensure seamless integration and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with Visa Consulting counterparts and other Visa business units leveraging expertise and best practices to deliver maximum client value.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable project plans and solutions.

- Provide thought leadership on the future of payments and retail banking contributing to strategic discussions and innovation.

Qualifications :
Essential:
- Deep understanding of card and payment products.
- Proven experience in the payments industry ideally within consulting and/or banking.
- Experience delivering consulting or advisory services with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.
- Strong project delivery expertise including familiarity with methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Danish (verbal and written).
- Commercial and sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities lead and support sales efforts and position Visas solutions effectively.
