Job Summary

We are working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Uniform Administrator for their Gaming studio in Bogota Colombia.

Position: Uniform Administrator

Location: Bogota Colombia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the distribution and allocation of uniforms ensuring proper sizing and availability for all staff.
Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies or shortages.
Inspect uniforms for quality coordinating any necessary repairs or alterations.
Collaborate with external suppliers tailors and internal departments to meet uniform requirements efficiently.
Ensure adherence to uniform policies and maintain up-to-date records of employee uniform allocations and personal appearance standards.
Utilize company systems and inventory software to track stock movement and update records in real time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in Portuguese with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English.
Comfortable using computers and familiar with inventory or stock management software.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing inventory and maintaining appearance standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with various teams and external vendors.
Background or experience in fashion textiles or uniform-related industries.
Experience in improving inventory management processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Ability to work 24/7 shift schedule.
