Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Head of Finance GBS Americas to lead and transform our finance operations across the Americas. This high-impact role based in Colombia will oversee end-to-end finance processes (R2R O2C P2P) drive operational excellence and shape the future of GBS in a multinational context.
- Represent Finance GBS in the Americas aligning services with business growth and profitability goals.
- Lead governance forums (Steering Committees service reviews) to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Act as a trusted advisor on finance transformation and service optimization.
- Execute the Finance GBS strategy with clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of R2R O2C and P2P processes compliant with local regulations.
- Define and manage performance frameworks (SLAs KPIs dashboards).
- Champion automation simplification and digitalization of finance operations.
- Lead change management and cultural adoption of the GBS model.
- Foster a Kaizen and continuous improvement mindset.
- Build and lead a high-performing multicultural finance team with regional scope.
- Promote professional development collaboration and innovation.
- Drive diversity inclusion and talent development across the Americas GBS community.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field (required).
- MBA or equivalent international leadership experience (preferred).
- CPA Chartered Accountant or equivalent (preferred).
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma Agile or Shared Services Leadership (a plus).
- ERP proficiency (SAP Oracle) required.
- 10 years of progressive finance experience including 5 years in Shared Services/GBS leadership.
- Proven success in designing and implementing GBS/SSC models.
- Strong expertise in R2R P2P and O2C processes.
- Demonstrated transformation leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in Latin America required; exposure to North America is a strong asset.
