Project Controls Trainee, Construction Projects

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Trainee in Project Controls to join our team and support the planning and control of construction and infrastructure projects. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic project environment. You will work closely with experienced planners and project managers gaining hands-on experience in scheduling cost control and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules (Master Schedule).
• Support the management of key inputs such as task lists milestones resources and calendars.
• Help monitor project progress and analyze schedule impacts.
• Contribute to the preparation of status reports and performance dashboards.
• Ensure consistency in reporting formats and timelines.
• Participate in schedule updates and re-baselining when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design and construction phases.
• Be available to travel and support on-site activities when required.

Qualifications :

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering Architecture or a related field.
• Basic understanding of project planning and scheduling concepts.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and oral).
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Availability to travel and relocate within cities as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of construction and infrastructure project environments.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team.
• Self-starter with a keen interest in project controls and planning.
