Job Summary
Culligan Niagara & Purahome are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about health wellness and helping people live better through clean water and air solutions.
This role goes beyond traditional customer service youll be a vital part of our sales success by scheduling and booking appointments for our sales reps tracking lead-to-appointment ratios and ensuring customers receive timely follow-ups. Youll also provide service coordination assisting with scheduling filter changes routine maintenance and other customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Support the sales & service team by scheduling and booking qualified appointments
- Track and improve KPIs such as lead-to-appointment conversion
- Contact customers for follow-up on leads service needs or filter change reminders
- Provide proactive customer support building strong relationships to encourage loyalty
- Schedule service and delivery orders coordinating with the service/operations team
- Help manage customer accounts and process orders accurately
- Handle customer concerns and direct unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for health wellness and customer care
