Job Summary

Culligan Niagara & Purahome are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about health wellness and helping people live better through clean water and air solutions.

This role goes beyond traditional customer service youll be a vital part of our sales success by scheduling and booking appointments for our sales reps tracking lead-to-appointment ratios and ensuring customers receive timely follow-ups. Youll also provide service coordination assisting with scheduling filter changes routine maintenance and other customer needs.

This is a growth-minded position with bonus potential based on performance. When you help achieve team goals or when your proactive outreach re-engages past prospects and contributes to a closed sale your success will be rewarded.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales & service team by scheduling and booking qualified appointments

  • Track and improve KPIs such as lead-to-appointment conversion

  • Contact customers for follow-up on leads service needs or filter change reminders

  • Provide proactive customer support building strong relationships to encourage loyalty

  • Schedule service and delivery orders coordinating with the service/operations team

  • Help manage customer accounts and process orders accurately

  • Handle customer concerns and direct unresolved issues to the appropriate department

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Passion for health wellness and customer care

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
