We re looking for a Payroll & HR Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting both employees and business operations.
Approve and review daily timecards ensuring accuracy in payroll.
Partner with the payroll team on compensation changes and year-end reporting.
Post roles screen candidates conduct interviews and support onboarding.
Be a trusted point of contact for employees supporting performance reviews and addressing workplace concerns.
Keep policies current ensure compliance with employment laws and provide training where needed.
Maintain and support employee development and training records.
Promote a safe and positive workplace culture.
2 years in a payroll role and at least 1 year in HR.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources (certificate/diploma).
Knowledge of payroll regulations and employment standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to balance priorities and work with discretion.
A proactive can-do attitude.
Experience in restoration construction or related industries is an asset but not required.
Competitive salary: $60000 $75000.
