Job Description
You will be responsible for all parts of the project life cycle - from project initiation planning execution and closure in line with the CS PCM framework:
- Application of best practice methods and tools
- Project initiation and business case development
- Project planning and governance
- Effective communication and risk management
- Identification and prioritisation of CS requirements
- Project execution and quality management
- Progress monitoring and change control
- Project closure including the capture of lessons learnt.
Furthermore you will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders including subject matter experts and the senior leadership team to ensure the projects are delivered within the established scope and timelines.
Qualifications :
Essential
- Proven Project Management experience. Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to completion including planning execution monitoring and delivery.
- Good understanding of online gaming industry and Customer Services. Experience working with Customer Service teams to enhance player satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- Exceptional time management skills. Ability to prioritise tasks manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills. Clear and effective communicator across all levels of the organisation. Capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders team members and external partners.
- Leadership and team motivation. Skilled in fostering a collaborative environment and driving team performance through engagement and support.
- Strong analytical planning and organisational skills. Proficient in analysing data to inform decisions developing strategic plans and organising resources to meet project goals. Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Detail-oriented coordination. Meticulous in managing project details ensuring all components are aligned and progressing smoothly. Experienced in coordinating across departments and managing dependencies.
- Critical thinking and creativity to find solutions. Adept at identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions. Able to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables formulas data analysis) PowerPoint (presentations reporting) and other Microsoft tools to support project documentation and communication.
- Can work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working autonomously while also thriving in team settings. Takes initiative and contributes positively to group dynamics.
