Job Summary

- Lead and drive software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Establish priority and business needs schedule all necessary tasks and monitor their execution on time within budget and with excellent quality.
- Support the delivery team in overcoming impediments.
- Contribute to onboarding new team members and provide mentorship to Junior Project Managers helping them grow and succeed.
- Generate proposals and ideas for innovative tools and process improvements that enhance efficiency scalability and overall project outcomes.

- Bring a minimum of 3 years of practical experience leading software development projects of varying sizes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing priorities and ensuring successful delivery.
- Are proficient in using Jira and Confluence to manage projects and collaborate effectively.
- Confidently work with the Microsoft Office Suite to support planning and reporting.
- Possess a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and are well-versed in project management methodologies and frameworks including Agile and others.
- Are well-organized self-motivated and proactive in driving projects forward.
- Demonstrate a strong drive to improve processes and environments rather than conforming to the status quo.
