Job Summary
The SAP Project Manager is responsible for leading SAP-related projects from initiation to completion ensuring delivery within scope time and budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams managing stakeholders and driving successful implementation or optimization of SAP systems.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end SAP projects (analysis design implementation deployment support).
- Define project scope deliverables timelines and resource plans.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners (consultants vendors).
- Monitor project risks budgets and schedules.
- Lead steering committees and provide regular project reporting.
- Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with SAP standards.
- Support change management and user training.
- Stay up to date with SAP innovations (e.g. S/4HANA Fiori).
Required Profile:
- Higher education in IT project management or related field.
- Proven experience in SAP project management (minimum 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO MM SD PP etc.).
- Certifications such as PMP Prince2 or SAP Activate are a plus.
- Excellent communication leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus depending on the context).
