Description -
We are looking for a Factory Services Project Manager to join our team. Please note that this position will be a temporary contract for 12 months.

We are currently looking for a colleague within our Factory Services Delivery team responsible for end-to-end management of the Personal Systems products customization from the customers requirements collection phase up to the design implementation testing and delivery to customers.
You will be acting within a very dynamic and international environment: Factories in Asia Business teams in Europe Engineering teams in India.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple projects from getting customer services requirements to enabling orderability meeting overall TAT and quality goals.
Provide consultancy to sales team on identifying the right services and solutions according to customers requests.
Involve the right stakeholders set the right expectations communicate process steps and timelines.
Participate in Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Solution Design with customer and HP teams assist in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.
Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing guidance related to configuration services and engagement process.
Run feasibility with relevant teams to find out if the customers requirements are feasible.
Drive and coordinate the services delivery with WW Engineering team Product Data team and factory teams.
Track the details about the project progress drive the communication with customer and sales.
Coordinate the proof of concept with the customer and factory.
Manage escalations effectively (if technical problem delay or customer escalation) by driving the resolution plans.
Education and Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Sciences or equivalent field.
Experience 2 years in IT industry and/or Supply Chain.
Customer engagement related experience would be an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong planning organizational and time management skills.
Project management skills and associated tools (i.e. MS Project).
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
Ability to effectively communicate plans proposals and results.
Strong leadership skills (driving attitude results oriented proactive follow-up).
Demonstrated business acumen understanding of business strategy.
