Job Summary

Overview: Our client is a well-established organization that provides a wide range of packaging solutions to multiple market sectors. Due to operational growth they urgently require two (2) proven individuals to assist in the logistics/inventory management process for the Barbados operation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting in receiving handling storing and picking of inventory for delivery.

Loading products for transport as required.

Removing waste from warehouses to dumpsters; i.e. keep warehouse tidy.

Responsible for quality control to ensure that no damaged products are sent out or accepted in.

Operating within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).

Operating forklift with due care (if applicable).

Communicating with staff.

Cleaning and maintaining warehouse as required.

Assisting with monthly stock counts.

Informing relevant authorities of low stock levels.

Requirements

At least one (1) years experience in a similar role

A minimum of two (2) CXCs including English Language and Mathematics

Good interpretation and communication and numerical skills

Reliability integrity and a strong positive work ethic

Proficiency in the use of technology

The ability to work individually and/or as a part of a team

A 2025 Police certificate of character (receipt accepted initially)

Forklift License would be an asset.
