Job Summary
- Greet and welcome guests assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
- Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests promptly to maintain temperature and appearance; ensure items are announced.
- Maintain currency of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles. Notify your manager/supervisor if you require assistance.
Qualifications :
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
- Customer service experience or experience in a similar environment.
- An awareness of food safety practices preferred.
