Position Summary:

• Assist with the Club Lounge service period tending bar and serving food to guests fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance

• Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly

• Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times

• Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests feeling empowered to make an impact

• Understand guest requirements engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience

• Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks showcasing your readiness to adapt to any situation

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA

• Relevant experience in a similar role

• Working rights in Australia

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career

• Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
