The In-Room Dining Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage services directly to guest rooms. This role ensures orders are prepared accurately delivered promptly and presented in accordance with hotel standards. The attendant provides warm efficient and professional service while maintaining cleanliness safety and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Deliver warm professional luxury-standard service aligned with Sofitel values at all times.
- Provide prompt courteous in-room dining service including order delivery presentation billing and timely tray/trolley clearance.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge uphold hygiene and safety standards and ensure all work areas remain clean stocked and operational.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors kitchen and service teams; report issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Complete required checklists training and compliance with all grooming conduct brand and operational procedures.
- Perform additional duties within your capability as directed by management.
Qualifications :
- Has a natural instinct for hospitality is personable even affable - and initiates contact and establish rapport easily
- Handle tasks carefully and correctly is thoughtful and exact in details with a sense of urgency and accuracy
- Is observant with a perception for ones surroundings
- Displays a high level of positive energy in all interactions
- Demonstrates versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
- Is a team player that contributes to and assists co-workers
- Must have the ability to carry multiple trays at once
