Barista

Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Barista to join our team on a casual basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your passion for coffee and customer service to a vibrant resort environment where no two days are the same. Working alongside a supportive hospitality team youll craft quality beverages connect with guests and be part of the energy that makes our resort one of the Sunshine Coasts most loved destinations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages with precision speed and consistency
• Deliver friendly professional service and create memorable moments for guests
• Master the menu and suggest drinks or pairings to enhance the experience
• Keep the café area clean stocked and welcoming at all times

Shift details:

• Avalable to work morning shifts
• Rotating roster Monday to Sunday
• Additional shifts available in the restaurant and bar (subject to change)
• RSA (Responsible Service Alcohol) highly beneficial 

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:

• Previous barista experience with strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive can-do attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and early mornings
