Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Barista to craft outstanding coffee and beverages for our guests. This is more than just making coffee its about creating memorable moments in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages with precision and flair
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to uphold our luxury standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive welcoming attitude
- Handle cash and transactions accurately
- Follow food safety and cleanliness protocols
- Work efficiently in a fast paced environment while staying calm under pressure
Qualifications :
- Barista or customer service experience preferred but not essential we value passion and willingness to learn
- Early morning availability
- Enjoys connecting with people and always approachable
- Team player with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
