Job Summary
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station
- Provide exceptional customer service engaging with customers to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and product knowledge
- Any other duties as prescribed by the manager
Qualifications :
- Previous barista experience and strong communication skill is necessary
- Strong Barista skills (espresso pour over etc.) particularly when working at high volume/handling multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage safety standards
- Ability to make people feel welcome and remembered
- Available to work flexibility in AM shifts (6 am to 12 pm) across the week
