Job Description:

Jack Laurie Group is seeking a skilled Floor Care Technician to join our team in Indianapolis. This position involves maintaining a variety of floor types in multiple locations across the city. The ideal candidate will have a couple of years of experience in floor care services including Strip/Wax Scrub/Recoat Carpet Cleaning Tile and Grout Cleaning and operation of standard floor care equipment such as Swing Machines Orbitals Square Scrubs portable extractors and Truck mounted units.

Responsibilities:

Perform floor care tasks including stripping waxing scrubbing recoating and deep cleaning of carpets and tiles.
Utilize various floor care equipment ensuring proper use and maintenance.
Work both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
Adhere to a variable schedule that may include 2nd shifts and some weekends depending on work demands.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Capability to lift and carry 75 pounds or more.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in floor care.
Ability to pass a criminal background check including driving history.
Valid Drivers License
Familiarity with standard floor care practices and equipment.
