- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferably in an outbound capacity.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Multi-lingual abilities are a plus.
- Prior experience in a sales or lead generation role.
