Job Summary
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from budgeting and pre-construction through closeout.
- Lead project teams including engineers and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and to client specifications.
- Oversee electrical system installations including UPS emergency power fire alarm data networking and communication wiring.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships serving as the main point of contact.
- Work effectively in regulated environments such as healthcare chemical plants and data centers.
Requirements
- Required: Experience in the electrical construction industry (not general construction).
- Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale electrical projects.
- Strong portfolio of commercial healthcare institutional and industrial projects.
- Understanding of design/build project delivery methods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Electrical Project Managers
- MEP Project Managers
