About this role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inspection Programming Manager to lead a specialized team of inspection programmers for one of our client in Aviation Industry. As the Inspection Programming Manager you will report directly to the Manufacturing Quality Engineering Manager and play a key leadership role within the Manufacturing Quality team.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team of inspection equipment programmers supporting the Machine Shop.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering manufacturing and quality teams to ensure alignment with production and inspection goals.
- Support and lead shop floor improvement and change projects.
- Oversee product transitions in coordination with East Military Aircraft Group Operations.
- Promote a culture of quality safety and continuous improvement aligned with the companys core values.
Who you are:
- 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment preferably in aerospace or defense.
- 5 years of management or team leadership experience.
- Proven ability to develop and implement tactical plans in a complex manufacturing setting.
