COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.

We are looking for a Brand Manager for Travel Retail Americas to lead the growth and development of some Beauty brands across our region. He/she will be responsible for setting the brands strategic vision in TRAM countries. He/she will be the drive behind the success of the initiative launches which he/she has overseen throughout the entire process. The individual will be responsible for planning forecasting and analysing beauty business thus proceeding with key recommendations relevant to the overall growth of the Coty business.

This position is a fast paced customer-focused marketing delivery this role he/she will work with retailers and distributor to deliver best in class marketing strategies across our brands that not only drive base business and new product growth but also elevate the brand equities of our portfolio. The position requires a strong relationship with Sales Retail and Supply Chain to optimize portfolio mix push sell-in/sell-out and increase profitability and net sales. You should have a desire to grow both Marketing and Customer Relationship capabilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Lead Brand Business objectives strategies and go to market action plan in alignment with regional commercial strategy and the supervision of the Marketing Director
  1. Participate in the planification of the Brand Target for the fiscal year including NR/A&CP objectives and strategies
  2. Own initiative / Icons forecast guidelines in alignment with Marketing Director and own Marketing support (GWP Tester sampling) strategy planning and budget.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong concept sell to launch new projects in the region.
  4. Identify opportunities for exclusive travel retail innovations or consumer experiences.
  5. Act as the key liaison between Global Brands Global Travel Retail teams Commercial teams and Retail partners.
  6. Inspire engage and motivate commercial & retail teams through impactful brand storytelling and marketing presentations

  • Own Marketing Strategies & Plans for the brand in charge:
  1. Have good clarity on consumer/shopper/customer understanding. Understand the needs preferences values behaviour and demographics of our current and potential consumer
  2. Propose Portfolio strategy and guidelines localization including TPR / discontinuations / Sets / Initiatives/ Icon etc.
  3. Lead communication decision and approval process between brand global teams / TRAM team and retailer/distributors.
  4. Develop and implement omnichannel activations to engage with travellers including Media Digital In-store localized plans to support key launches and KCP (Key consumption periods). Ensure plans bring to life brands equities driving traffic and conversion.
  5. Partner closely with Merchandising team to ensure strong in-store visibility and brand consistency
  6. Ensure brand touch points consistency through strong partnership with merchandizing perfect instore execution in the region.

  • Own business and performance management for the brands in charge
  1. Monitor and analyse sell in and sell out performance market share and ROI of marketing initiatives.
  2. Support monthly brand line business reviews with Marketing Director.
  3. Provide clear recommendations and action plan to maximize brand growth and profitability
  4. Manage marketing budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources across priorities

QUALIFICATIONS

Wed love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

  • Masters degree in marketing business.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience including at least 2-3 years with luxury Beauty experience
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionality.
  • Analytical well-organized sense of details strategic mindset communication operational excellence team player passion for beauty and product sensibility.

Desirable:

  • Experience in travel retail channel preferred
  • Experience in color preferred
