Job Description
The Role
Theyre looking for an Accounts Receivable Credit & Collections Manager to build and lead their newly established department. This is your chance to take ownership shape policies and guide a small but mighty team toward excellence.
Youll be at the heart of their financial health ensuring smooth credit approvals timely collections and strong client relationships while keeping their cash flow solid.
What Youll Do
Lead and mentor a team of two junior collection specialists.
Oversee credit applications set limits and approve credit extensions.
Monitor receivables minimize overdue balances and keep cash flowing.
Build strong bridges between sales finance and clients to resolve issues.
Prepare clear reports on collections performance & credit risk for management.
Qualifications :
What Theyre Looking For
Bachelors in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Proven experience of 1-5 years in Accounts Receivable Credit Control or Collections management.
Strong leadership with proven team management skills.
Excellent communication & negotiation abilities with clients.
Native Arabic speaker (English proficiency is a plus).
Riyadh-based or in Saudi Arabia and willing to relocate to Riyadh (on-site role).
