Job Summary

Overview

Responsible for planning managing and controlling all production activities in the woodwork factory to ensure efficient workflow high-quality output and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule production based on project timelines.
Manage all workshop departments (cutting CNC assembly finishing packing).
Monitor daily operations and solve production bottlenecks.
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
Coordinate with the Technical Office Procurement and Project teams.
Control material usage and optimize productivity.
Supervise production teams and evaluate performance.

Requirements

8 years experience in joinery/woodwork production including management.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes machines and materials.
Ability to lead teams and manage production schedules.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
