Job Summary

Overview

Responsible for managing all technical engineering and production coordination activities in the woodwork/joinery factory to ensure accurate drawings efficient production and high-quality final products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and review shop drawings cutting lists and material schedules.
Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate between design production procurement and project teams.
Support production by resolving technical issues and ensuring correct fabrication methods.
Oversee quality control across cutting assembly finishing and packing.
Manage material selection and reduce waste through optimized production techniques.
Supervise and develop the technical team (draftsmen engineers CNC programmers).

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design or related Field
8 years experience in joinery/woodwork including managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of woodwork fabrication materials and finishing.
Proficient in AutoCAD and woodworking software; CNC knowledge is a plus.
Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.

Reporting

Reports to: Factory Manager / Operations Director
Supervises: Technical Office Team
