Job Summary

A mid-to-large commercial construction and interior fit-out services provider operating in the retail hospitality and corporate office sectors. We deliver turnkey interiors MEP coordination and finishes managing on-site delivery cost control and client billing for fast-paced fit-out programmes across India.

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare verify and submit monthly bills and interim payment certificates for interior fit-out contracts by measuring site quantities and reconciling against BOQ and drawings.
Raise document and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs); maintain evidentiary support and follow up for client certification and approvals.
Coordinate with Project Managers Site Engineers Stores and Procurement to reconcile material consumption vendor invoices and site measurement records for accurate billing.
Maintain and organise billing documentation — measurement books site sheets subcontractor bills and GST invoices — ensuring contract and statutory compliance.
Conduct monthly bill reconciliations identify cost variances and support forecasting of payment milestones and project cashflow requirements.
Liaise with clients consultants and finance teams to resolve billing queries expedite certifications and secure timely payments.

Revit — ability to read MEP/architectural models

Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Interior Design or related discipline. Proven site billing experience in interior fit-out projects with hands-on measurement and client coordination is required.
