Job Description
A mid-to-large commercial construction and interior fit-out services provider operating in the retail hospitality and corporate office sectors. We deliver turnkey interiors MEP coordination and finishes managing on-site delivery cost control and client billing for fast-paced fit-out programmes across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare verify and submit monthly bills and interim payment certificates for interior fit-out contracts by measuring site quantities and reconciling against BOQ and drawings.
- Raise document and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs); maintain evidentiary support and follow up for client certification and approvals.
- Coordinate with Project Managers Site Engineers Stores and Procurement to reconcile material consumption vendor invoices and site measurement records for accurate billing.
- Maintain and organise billing documentation — measurement books site sheets subcontractor bills and GST invoices — ensuring contract and statutory compliance.
- Conduct monthly bill reconciliations identify cost variances and support forecasting of payment milestones and project cashflow requirements.
- Liaise with clients consultants and finance teams to resolve billing queries expedite certifications and secure timely payments.

- Revit — ability to read MEP/architectural models
- Familiarity with CPWD / State PWD billing standards
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Interior Design or related discipline. Proven site billing experience in interior fit-out projects with hands-on measurement and client coordination is required.
