Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can be the perfect bridge between our clients and internal teams. You ll manage day-to-day communication ensure smooth execution of campaigns and build relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Understand client requirements and brief internal teams (creative design strategy tech).

Coordinate project timelines deliverables and approvals.

Ensure campaigns/projects are delivered on time within scope and with high quality.

Support account managers in preparing presentations reports and campaign recaps.

Maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive updates and solutions.

Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to add value to client discussions.
What We re Looking For

1 3 years of experience in client servicing/account management (agency experience preferred).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
