Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities building strong relationships with clients and promoting EnviPack s range of packaging materials. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within the B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the B2B sector (manufacturers distributors retailers etc.).

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends customer needs and competitor landscape.

Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication and follow-up.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations proposals and product demonstrations.

Negotiate contracts pricing and terms of agreements to close sales and achieve win-win outcomes.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of products/services.

Stay updated on industry developments market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.

Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
