Position Title: Receptionist
Location: Office Location
Reporting To: Admin/HR Manager
Role Overview
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment. The role includes managing the front desk handling communication and supporting basic administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

Answer screen and forward incoming calls promptly.

Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor/employee access passes.

Receive and distribute mail courier and packages.
-
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Assist HR/Admin with clerical support such as filing data entry and scheduling.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
-
1 3 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
-
Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
