Position Title: Receptionist
Location: Office Location
Reporting To: Admin/HR Manager

Role Overview

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment. The role includes managing the front desk handling communication and supporting basic administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

  • Answer screen and forward incoming calls promptly.

  • Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor/employee access passes.

  • Receive and distribute mail courier and packages.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

  • Assist HR/Admin with clerical support such as filing data entry and scheduling.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

  • 1 3 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
