Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Ambassador to join our team in the beautiful city of Jaipur India. As an F&B Ambassador you will be the face of our food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Rajasthan and beyond.
- Greet and welcome guests providing a warm and professional atmosphere
- Offer expert recommendations on menu items wine pairings and local specialties
- Educate guests about the history and cultural significance of various dishes and beverages
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to stay informed about daily specials and menu changes
- Handle guest inquiries special requests and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings including ingredients and preparation methods
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and themed dining experiences
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and dining concepts
- Collect and provide feedback to management on guest preferences and satisfaction
