Job Summary
Job Summary:
The Procurement Specialist will lead the sourcing of sub-category of Services for Sales & Marketing. This sub-category includes services procurement of Creatives MICE Media (TV & Digital) Consultants Subscriptions HCP engagement etc.. He/She will be responsible for the following.
- Conduct Rigorous Spend Analytics of the sub-category to establish Roadmap of Strategic Sourcing
- Define category strategy identifying the key levers to maximize savings through structured Ideation
- Establish the structure and management for Procurement Excellence
- Work with category stakeholders and business partners to implement procurement policies and procedures
- Compliance of Audits both Internal and External
- Measure and track performance KPIs and define budgetary impact
Qualifications :
Academic Background and Experience
- Should be Graduate in any discipline with MBA.
- 5 years of experience in similar discipline.
- Experience with SAP and e-procurement tools.
- Strong Business & Finance acumen.
Key performance Indicators:
- Building of sustainable procurement strategies.
- Improved Operational excellence.
- Audit Compliances.

- Should have good communication & interpersonal relationships.
