About the Opportunity

Healthcare Tertiary care hospital network within the surgical specialties and acute inpatient services. We serve a broad patient population in Rajasthan delivering high-volume urology endourology and minimally invasive surgery services with integrated diagnostics and perioperative care.

Role: Consultant Urologist (MCh) On-site Bhilwara Rajasthan. Join a growing surgical team to lead clinical care operative services and quality outcomes for adult and selected pediatric urology patients.

Role & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urology care including initial assessment diagnosis and longitudinal follow-up.
Perform elective and emergency urological procedures independently stone surgery endourology transurethral and reconstructive procedures while ensuring perioperative safety.
Lead endourology and stone-management services: plan and execute PCNL URS with laser lithotripsy and reservoir/stent management.
Deliver diagnostic procedures including cystoscopy and urodynamic evaluation; interpret results to drive care plans.
Collaborate with anaesthesiology nephrology radiology and nursing teams to optimise patient pathways and reduce length of stay.
Maintain clinical governance: document care participate in morbidity & mortality reviews drive audit and quality improvement initiatives and mentor junior surgeons and trainees.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

MCh in Urology (or equivalent higher surgical qualification) with valid medical registration.
Proven operative competency in PCNL.
Proven operative competency in TURP.
Proven operative competency in URS and endoscopic stone management.
Experience performing diagnostic cystoscopy and interpreting urodynamic studies.
Strong perioperative and emergency urology management skills (catheter/stent/nephrostomy care).

Preferred

Fellowship or formal training in endourology or minimally invasive urological surgery.
Experience with robotic-assisted urological procedures.
Prior exposure to pediatric urology or reconstructive urology.
