Job Summary
About Quantum IT Innovation
Quantum IT Innovation is a globally recognized mobile & web app development and digital marketing agency. It is a USA-based incorporation with offices in the US and the UK and a delivery center based in India with a team of more than 100 members. We provide complete web development and digital marketing solutions to B2B and B2C.
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on Adobe XD Photoshop and Illustrator
2. Designing social media posts
3. Making and editing videos
4. Designing pintables
5. Studying design briefs and determining requirements
6. Scheduling projects and defining budget constraints
7. Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
8. Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas
9. Developing illustrations logos and other designs using software or by hand
10. Working on using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
11. Working with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
12. Testing graphics across various media
13. Amending designs after feedback
14. Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Qualifications
1. Preferred candidates from 2023-2024 only.
2. Proficiency in Adobe XD Photoshop and Illustrator.
3. Experience in designing social media posts.
4. Experience in video making and editing.
5. Ability to conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
6. Strong communication skills for collaborating with copywriters and creative directors.
7. Proven ability to produce final designs that are visually appealing and on-brand.
