Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor for our Alpha One Store. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of cosmetic and skincare brands excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers understanding their needs and guiding them to the right products.
- Recommend skincare and cosmetic products based on customer preferences skin types and concerns.
- Drive product trials and explain features benefits and usage to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare cosmetics and beauty trends.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Handle billing stock management and ensure proper product display & hygiene at the store.
- Build strong customer relationships ensuring repeat visits and brand loyalty.
Requirements:
- Prior experience (1 3 years) in retail sales preferably in beauty skincare or cosmetics.
- Strong knowledge of leading cosmetic and skincare brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for beauty and personal care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts weekends and mall timings.
