Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning execution and delivery of Zoho-based projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing SaaS or CRM projects excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Zoho ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Management or a related field.
3 years of experience in project management preferably in SaaS or CRM implementation.
Strong understanding of Zoho products and modules (Zoho CRM Zoho Books etc.).
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Excellent communication presentation and client management skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
PMP Prince2 or any other project management certification (preferred).
Prior experience working with a Zoho Partner or Zoho implementation team (highly desirable).
