We are hiring Architect for a leading Commercial Interior Contractor Firm
We are looking to hire an Architect with 3-5 years of experience for a commercial interior contractor firm here are the key aspects of the role:
Key Responsibilities
- *Design and Planning*: Develop interior architectural designs for commercial spaces focusing on functionality and aesthetics.
- *Client Collaboration*: Work closely with clients to understand their vision requirements and budget.
- *Project Management*: Oversee projects from concept to completion managing timelines and budgets.
- *Coordination*: Collaborate with engineers contractors and suppliers for integrated design delivery.
- *Compliance*: Ensure designs meet building codes safety regulations and sustainability standards.
- *Documentation*: Prepare detailed drawings specifications using software like AutoCAD Revit SketchUp.
Requirements
- *Experience*: 3-5 years in architectural design preferably in commercial interior architecture.
- *Education*: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- *Skills*: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD Revit SketchUp) strong communication presentation and problem-solving skills.
- *Software Proficiency*: AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite.
