What youll do
- Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests from a Hox welcome to handling any questions and helping out with requests.
- Deal with the coming and going of guests making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
- Work with all our teams to make sure were always busy and help our restaurant team with any individual and group bookings.
- Answer phones sort out requests give recommendations - youre the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to.
- Take reservations over the phone handle cash and card payments and help out the team on the floor.
- Master the use of the online reservation system and be sure to add all necessary information to reservations.
- Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests expectations are not only met but exceeded.
